Don't remember seeing many of these, even back in the day but that green velour looks very inviting. Must resist

That velour is, er, challenging. The Senator-A is very... old-school CID/ spooks, don'tcha think?

You don't need to say that one twice Klepto. ;D ;D - although for the most part - as far as I remember - never on general issue to the mouth-breathers. :-X

We ran a few of the later cars (unmarked) which were in that lovely metallic burgundy colour. :-* :-* but I must say, there were few more impressive sights than one of these cars carrying full Trafpol livery having its arse skelped by the driver. 8)

Mate of mine is restoring a very late Merseyside B, can't wait to see it finished.

I must admit, the Senator-B to Omega styling change must have been similar to the jump from Escort to Focus in 1990-wotsit... but I still love the Senator.

I had one in that Burgundy colour Den.Best car Ive ever owned.Twice the car any Omega could hope to be. It was the pinnacle of Vauxhalls car manufacturing,it went downhill to an extent with the Omega and has continued into utter mediocrity ever since. :y

Corrected that for you  ;D ;D :y

( also Jeremy Clarkson hasn't helped Vauxhall's Image over the years mainly with the word Vectra and remember the Signum review that was bloody awful )
