Looks okay but would probably get pulled in this country for the front windows being such a dark tint.

There was a time not long ago when tints weren't a problem. I've ran several cars with Limo Black all around, can't do it now though.
You can have as dark as you like behind the drivers door. Still see one or two with a very light smoke & they seem to get away with it.

I have my father in laws Omega and it had dark tint all round when he bought it, he was stopped by VOSA one morning and had some form of notice slapped on the car so he couldn't drive it as the light levels through the front windows was illegal, he just peeled the film off and they lifted the order allowing him to drive it again. The car was bought from his neighbour and had been driven around for years with the tints fitted with no problems, VOSA must have been trying to justify some jobs that morning lol

Looking serious.

Can't seem to tell from the side as it looks a bit of both... Is it a pre or post facelift?

My 3.2 which came direct out of service in 2004 from the Diplomatic Protection Group had tints alround, the rear are drive by and the fronts are a bit lighter and so far no problems about the fronts,I think if there were  a problem I have to refer the police officer to the previous owners of the car :o :y

It is difficult to tell. I think it's a facelift.
