I think there should be a severe punishment for this to stop others doing stupid stuff like this. Jail isn't a deterrent for stupid things like this but if we chopped off a finger or 3 people would think twice!! No point making them pay for the huge expense involved here because they probably belong to that group of people who constant complain that the dole isn't enough money for them to live off!!
