Drove into another car, need new front bumper.

Had a bit of a silly moment this weekend and drove into another cars back.  :'( It looks like that I'm gonna need a new front bumper. Do you nice guys know where to get one? Local scrappy may be? How much I might need to spend on this?

Post a wanted ad for a bumper (and bonnet  ;) ) in the test ssection and an admin will move it to the relevant section for you.
Bumper, possibly around £50. Bonnet,if its in nice condition,about the same probably.

OK, I will. What about the bits under the headlamps? Please notice in the posted pics that the headlamp washer nozzle also fell off.

v6 locking kit , code reader available, engine hoist and engine stand

also has 2.6 mv6 estate 2001, hilux surf 3.0, vectra 2.0 lpg 2000

Headlamp trim doesnt look broken to me but if it is I would think you wouldnt pay more than a tenner for one.Headlamp washer probably £15-20.
Your biggest problem may be finding parts in the correct colour. ;)

Yes, it seems golden is kinda rarer than other colours.  :(

I like the colour though, it looks really nice when it's washed and in sun  8). Now I hope I will find the parts. I've been kicking myself since Monday for being stupid enough to drove it back into somebody else.

Shame your not nearer Devon, I'm breaking a gold V6 estate and you could have had the bonnet, keeping the bumper as its better than mine so going to spray it silver. (Father in law tended to use the bumpers as parking sensor)

Looking at the pics, you're also going to need a new metal bumper backing bar.  These are designed as little crumple zones, and get mullered in light impact shunts.  You'll see what I mean once you take the plastic bumper off.  :y

It's been quite a while and still haven't found any golden bumper in decent condition. I've been keeping an eye on the ebay but no luck. A forum member suggested to fit bumper of another colour and respray it but that might be too expensive for me. Is there any other option I should look at?
