SSE have just announced 9% autumn rise to boost winter profits further.  >:( >:( >:(

Last years record profits are well.... just so last year.  >:( >:( >:(

So who knows what the others will announce in the next few weeks.

The energy markets worked when first privatised, where all electricity and gas had to be bought from a spot market by the retail suppliers. The big 6 complained to the Government they weren't making enough profits, so OFGEN scrapped this and it has been a totally rigged market at our expense ever since. The Government knows this but won't under any circumstances have an OFT investigation where CaMoron, Osbourne and Clegg all have relations making lots of money with windmills on their land. Crony monopoly capitalism at its worst.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

And people wonder why this year and for many years into the future the best this country is going to manage is stagflation will falling living standards.  >:( >:( >:( >:(

Vote UKIP.

This deal is price fixed until the end of next year and works out a little cheaper then Scotish Power that I have been tied too for the last 12 months.

It makes me sick the way they all reduce the prices in the summer when we don't use as much and then crank the price up at a time when we will be firing up our central heating >:(
