More on Dti fault codes
« on: 30 August 2012, 22:49:28 »

Hi all, just had the car put on diagnostics again. Seems like its going through the menu. Now showing MAF fault (ordered already). Also showing PO400 & P1590. Had them cleared but back eml back on within 2 mins. Still lack of power but hoping new MAF will cure that. If not, back to the drawing board. Any info on other 2 codes would be appreciated. Thanks. Graham.

How is the EGR valve?......remember this, a fault coded does NOT tell you what has failed, it only tells you what system is reporting an out of range value  :y

Hi, I replaced the EGR valve a couple of weeks ago so that should be ok now. Wasn't showing as a fault on the latest printout. Thanks.
