Parrots
« on: 02 September 2012, 22:28:24 »

I have thanks to my two boys acquired five, yes five parrots. Anyway one is an African Grey, and one a Bear Eyed Cockatiel. I understand that these two could be worth a fair bit? Anyone know anything about Parrots (as random as that sounds)? I've got them and subsequently got absolutely no where to put them, nor do I think that they will be ideal for my house hold, mainly because I haven't a clue about them, and wouldn't be able to offer them the best care they can get.

What are they all Del.?
"Bear eyed cockatiel" doesn`t exist ???
Two species of African Grey. Congo grey, light grey in colour with vibrant red tail. Timneh Grey, darker in colour with a maroon tail. Congo is worth more. Post up some pics and I`ll tell you what you got.

In laws have an African Grey. Charming and entertaining bird. But Christ can it screech.
Loves to imitate the fire alarm, which goes off for no reason.

They don't know for sure what sex it is though :-\
