The problem he has is the only team he can go to is Mercedes,which would be a huge gamble. Imo he ahould stay where he is until a seat with a top team (Red Bull most likely) comes up.

Problem with Hammy going to Red bull is that him and Vettel would be taking each other off the track too often ???

They won't re-hire him on his original wage, by staying at McLaren, he will be taking a pay cut  :)
