Mate of mine was sacked as a hospital porter many years ago for laughing at a guy who had some kind of plastic ring around his shaft.
 When he'd "swelled" it got stuck and he couldn't remove it, so off to the hospital he went. His nuts had became the size of oranges according to my mate, and he couldn't contain his laughter ;D. Sacked on the spot.  ;D
