Wanted V6 servo to plenum pipe with twin outlets on valve.

As title I'm looking for the servo to plenum pipe for a V6, my valve has twin outlets on it, mine currently has normal pipes in place which are crushing as they can't handle the vacuum instead of the plastic one.
