Newent Meet 2013

Every year we have the Newent Meet on the first weekend of September, which members with children are then able to attend as kids go back a few days after.
Next year the first weekend of September really would be Friday 6th -Saturday 7th so assume kids will have started back to school.
So I intend on booking us up for Friday August 30th - Saturday 31st August.

Does that suit most Members that are thinking of attending?

If so I can get us booked up. :y

30/31 August looks OK, and will be in touch soon-ish - whence our 2013 annual leave dates are confirmed. ;)

Which w/e is the bank holiday? And which w/e is the onion festival - might be worth avoiding those?

Not sure i'd be able to make 30/31st Aug  :( ......that'll be payday weekend and the busiest weekend of the month for me.

As it stands a good chance of being my last ever meet  :'(  I'll be there with the latest experiement from Guffer Towers Brewery  :y
