The includes taking money off some of the UK's poorest taxpayers earning as little as £650 per month and spending on such worthy projects as a water holiday park in Morocco owned by the French company Center Parcs, so well off middle class French holiday makers can be pampered in luxury. 

Development of Icelandic tourist industry and to prepare the country for EU membership. The country is richer than the UK with higher earnings per person. But as an Icelandic Government spokesman said: "If the money is there we are going to take it"!

We pay these twits in goverment to line their own pockets , then with our hard earned they throw it all away on aid to folks that dont need it when we need the money here .... unbelievable
