Insurance renewal ................
« on: 12 October 2012, 15:19:28 »

I was expecting it to arrive any day now from Admiral, it came today.

I was gobsmacked to see that it had actually gone down. The Omega element of the multicar policy reduced from £172 to £166 per year inc IPT.

Not a bad situation, but one which will be absorbed many times over by the gas & electric increases ....

Mine went down with Direct Line last renewal. However, Aviva are starting to take the piss with the wifes policy. She's been with them for 24 years, maybe time for a change. ::)

Yes I've changed between admiral and elephant for the last 5 to 6 years (I think they're more or less the same company), they undercut each other. My renewal is cheaper than the current policy, but at £390 ish it's not great.

Just renewed mine today with Swiftcover. £270, which is about £35 less than last year.

Fair doos, they've been the cheapest with their renewal quotes over the three years I've been with them.  :y
