When you're sitting there in the car and a song comes on the Radio from years ago and you sit & think, how did I get so old so fast? Just been sitting in the car and Go West - Call Me, came on the Radio, and I was instantly taken back to 1986 and driving around in a Ford Granada again. Where have all those years gone?

That wasn't a joke Del....I heard it on some channel, and I kid you not, I remember playing that on the old stand up, wind up gramaphone we had when I was a kid. The volume was controlled by how much you opened the doors at the front

And I bet you....there a few others on here who have been there if they admit it

Got to admit I was watching Squeaze on BBC4 last night and was having a good old singsong to myself until I realised it was from 1982 but believe me thats nothing ................. Me and the missus was on a bus into town on tuesday when some young kid about 18 stood up and offered me his seat 

The thing is ..................... i'm only 46

Got to admit I was watching Squeaze on BBC4 last night and was having a good old singsong to myself until I realised it was from 1982 but believe me thats nothing ................. Me and the missus was on a bus into town on tuesday when some young kid about 18 stood up and offered me his seat 
The thing is ..................... i'm only 46 

Don't let it bother you TG, the youth was probably an inveterate W**ker and had poor eyesight!

I dont listen to the music radio channels much , maybe radio2 sometimes and see myself singing and tapping along to more older songs Ole blue eyes
 It does worry me as my music tends to be more favoured to rock&blues  and im only 47 knocking 48
