Two screws in the wheel arch each side. Pull bumper out to unclip.
Two clips at the vey bottom under the number plate, push the centre peg through.
Small flat blade screw driver, remove the 4 small oval plastic covers along the top where the boot shuts, then undo 4 screws behind, while holding bumper with you knee, or it will fall off. Once free with one hand, hold bumper, with other unclip number plate light box unit from inside.

If it has parking sensors, i jack the car up purely to place a beer crate or similar under the bumper to support bumper while unclipping sensors, as the wires are short. Very short. Remove senors from bumper, rather then unplugging the electrical connectors.
