Also, re cut off date. I don't want to get involved in that if possible. I'm hoping those that have committed to pay will do so promptly, and out of respect to everyone else involved won't hold up the show now we have everything in place.

Having said that there are a few unresponsive members on the list that I have pm'd 2 or 3 times. If anyone has means of contact to these, nearby members might have mobile numbers perhaps, then please do drop them a reminder.
 We don't want any disappointments. Se we'll have to keep an open mind as things progress...or not.

Brilliant job the pair of you are doing... May I suggest that once confirmation of payment is made by Jamie you use a different colour font in your listing ?? It will make it easier to see who has still not paid rather than just the text at the end of their line ... sort of thing
