Oh, and be aware that 90% of these brands sold cheap are fake.

That reminds me, ive got a voucher for 8GB HP USB stick for a fiver......are they any good??  :-\

I've been given one of the rubust 4Gb ones from work (sort designed to clip on laptop bag zips etc), thats been pretty smart considering the abuse it gets.

youdid put them in a folder on the pc first, and not copy them directly to the usb stick, right ?  ???
