I am very happy to report that the miggy is back in top shape after i replaced the coil  pack ..that is what was causing the rough running. Thanks everyone here for your contribution and i am so pleased to have the Miggy back after a week of pulling my hair out... and i must have been so lucky not to have damaged the engine and next time i will replace the cambelt and roller either at 40k miles or 4 years. I was due to replaced the cambelt last december and i decided to push my luck!!!

You may well be ok,the pumps don't seem to take kindly to the extra tension applied when a new belt is fitted :y
