Is it not the same as most other cars? Remove crankshaft pulley, remove the seal with a suitable extraction tool (usually screwdriver) and if it has a separate sleeve that the seal sits on, remove it & replace it the other way round so that the new seal has a new section of sleeve to sit on.

ofcourse it is same as most other cars ;) I just wanted to know how deep have to go for that ...  so it needs only the fan to be removed the other things around - like : oild pump, radiator... etc  can stay ?

you'll need to remove the fan and fan cowl, and the crankshaft pulley.
