as some of you may be aware i run a small claims management company for reclaiming penalty charges (not parking penalty or speeding lol) and you may be aware that the claims are on hold at the moment, theis is constantly under review and our best chance to get this lifted is on the 22 of next month (MAY), i have put a petition together for people to sign and i would like you all to sign it for me, my business has been on hold for the last 6-7 months, we are doing the work but are recieving no payments, hence the petition to lift the waiver that the fsa gave to the banks.

It is a pleasure to do this for you as I personnally managed to claw back £2,000 of penalty charges illegally extracted from my account by my bank last year!
