Aye, I collect no end of Nectar points. It paid for my media centre's mobo and CPU in the summer, still have about £80 left.

At BP, I also get 1% back via my bank's debit card.

And as I occaisonally use Shell, I have their loyalty card, which every six months they converted to fuel vouchers.

Log on to your online Nectar account, loads of info there.

Some places, you can just swipe the card, and it comes of bill, others, you can redeem for vouchers.

On fill-up won't provide many points though, I suspect most options have a minimum amount.

I've got Nectar and Shell cards and always get the points added on but I haven't got a clue what I'm meant to do with them. I've never redeemed them.  :-\ ::) ;D

Edit:
I've just found out that Mrs YZ uses the Nectar card in Sainsburys so I probably haven't got as many points as I thought.  ::) ::) ;D ;D

Used to be right rip off......I spent £3400 in three months at a Shell garage and got sent £14 in fuel vouchers.....

They got shown up on Watchdog for it......and now have increased it to 1p back per litre instead of 0.5p

The shell vouchers expire after 3 months ;). Assuming you have opted for fuel vouchers, not airmiles?

They are all a con (less so on gas though), but as we need the fuel anyway, may as well get a few quid back.

Loyalty cards do not make me loyal, I shop at the cheapest, any loyalty/cashback is a bonus...   ...bit like the £120 NiffNaff have just given me  :-X

That really surprises me. Seems to me that BP is always just a bit more than local competition.

Clearly to don't use my local one.

The forecourt as a covering of Dunlop Sport Maxx, the staff are more inbred that the thickest of retards, and they get a torrent of abuse when they try to sell me a hot product to drink whilst driving.

I suspect the staff are from Banbury, as not even Brackley has such useless retards.
