Personally I think more people will keep the older cars for longer, I know I will.
Yet again those that have the money it will make no difference but those that need a 'family car' will suffer more.
For example the 1.6 Mondeo will fall into band I, a 2ltr 407 will fall into band K.
These do not come into effect until next year, but the way fuel is going there will probably not be as many cars on the road anyway.
