Glad to see the custard option , home made not that ready made slop  ;D
Homemade wins, but that Ambrosia is perfectly acceptable

Ambrosia rice puddin is ok but not on xmas pudding  ;D

I only allow her to use cheap "Tesco Value" booze for that.

She's making me cheesecake instead :). For all her faults, she does do a good cheesecake.

Ahh. first Christmas Pud of many at the work do last night. :-* Alcohol on it or not.. 'twas a drop in the ocean compared to the rest I consumed. ::)

1) if you wouldn't drink it, don't feccking  cook with it.

2) buggerit, i'm coming to you for xmas,  i rather hate xmas pud , but i get no say in the matter..... cheesecake on the other hand, is my most favourtest thing in all the world.....       

3) Brandy butter all the way, but good , home made,  proper stuff..... not that bought in a jar shite they ponce you off with in shops.....   


PS, if you're driving,   you're not allowed to sample my brandy butter,  or the sherry trifle....   my recipes involve more brandy, or sherry, than butter or trifle....   :D

Alcohol is for glasses (or cleaning things if too rough ::)), food should not be contaminated with it. Ever.

Trifle is the cure for anything. End of. But leave the wanky sherry for granny to drink, and not ruin the trifle with it.

And thats the way it is, live with it.
