Has anybody got a couple of Cats in reasonable nick for a 2001 2.6 Elite Estate

Are yours actually blowing, as it not unusual for the 2.6/3.2 to have holes in (very) outer casing

Not sure if blowing, Jamie......its up on ramps at the moment, so I will check in the morning. After cleaning the plastic off, it pulled a rusty bit out and left a hole.

As said.If its a 2.6/3.2 type cat,it may well be just the outer shield which has the hole in.Worth checking first.

I've got one for a 2.6 elite can't remember what side i think it's O/S but would have to check, let me know if still needed

I assume that the MV6 Saloon cat is the same as the Elite Estate, then. Year 2001
I'll have a look in the morning at the state of the nearside Probably got holes in it too.....

Forget spec, its the engines.

2.5/3.0 cats the same, 2.6/3.2 cats also same, but different from 3.0/2.5.

Older cats can be fitted to newer engines, think 3.0 are slightly more free flowing, but need slight modification at the exhaust manifold
