What I want to know is, how did google know that's what I wanted to say. Also it knew when I wanted to say "I hate it when I go outside and someone throws a fridge at me"

If I want to look up something in Ukraine I use google.com.ua, use Google translate to convert my English to Ukrainian and then page translate to read the Ukrainian text in English.

Could be useful to do the same in other languages if you are trying to track down a rare car part.
