Hi all!
I'm new to this forum, but so far, I found a lot of really helpful topics. I own an Omega B MV6 3.0 made in 1994. As almost every Omega owner, I have rocker cover problem. Now, I do know how to change it and what's important, but I'm looking for a trustworthy dealer, which would post to Lithuania. I did a search and found one, that does send parts to my country and the price looks OK, but I don't know if it can be trusted and will supply me with genuine parts - www.vauxhall-car-parts.co.uk/
Is it trustworthy? Maybe there is a better place to buy genuine parts? I searched through my local dealers, but some of them offers same parts with higher prices than this dealer.

Thanks in advance  :)

Remember to clean the engine breathers or you will be replacing the gaskets again soon.

There is a "How to" in the maintenance guide section.

Dead easy to get if not, if it was me I'd much rather call to go over parts I need & pay, lot more secure than e-mail  :)

But if AndyB wants to send his credit card details over an e-mail, go right ahead  :y

Use silicon RTV, I just did it on mine.
I wouldn't pay $42 for valve cover gaskets. This is enough for 3-5 engines:

Удачи!

I've never heard of anyone using RTV on the cam covers for the Omega. Not saying that you haven't used it with success but using the genuine gaskets with the correct black sealant (just for the 90o angles) should see you only doing this job once....assuming you keep your breathers clean.
