breather pipe leak

hi lads  well i think its a breather pipe its about an inch thick silver and ribbed . i think its going down to the sump or the bottom of the  block, this is weeping oil can i just remove it and put a bit of sealer around it???

This the 90 degree one out of the cam covers, connecting to a metal tube going down the bottom of the block?

Remove the rubber bit, and clean. Is it leaking there, or at bottom of metal bit?


Probably worth doing a full throttle body clean as well...

its leaking at the bottom metal piece is there a good chance of breaking it when removing it??
