I still want one now and again (5 months now) but not a craving just stupid social situations - stopping for your daughter is the best way (same here) :y :y :y

A chap at work stopped on 6th Jan, so did his wife.

They haven't lit up yet, but he said it is still really difficult.

He also said they are now two really crabbit b*stards.

Better crabbit than planted I said.

Be strong! ;)

'm afraid the craving still has a way to go yet!  Takes about 3 weeks to be rid of all nicotine!

Hang in there, and brush your teeth.  It will stimulate your senses and help with the craving and that metallic taste you get in your mouth when quitting

Don't do it, BIG C can strike at anytime, then you live from one day to the next thinking every illness, is it back? :'(

I spend a tenner a day on the bloody things..... :-[

£70 a week/£280 a month.........
