Nozzles spray pretty bad. Pump is good. Is there electrical valve in nozzle?

I suspect the wires are for heaters on them to prevent icing. Probably the jets require attention with a needle, to remove any stuck debris.

Ants decided to live in nozzles. Plastic cover was hanging on my fence, while I was repairing engine.
