hhmmm, will have a think about that, but I would of thought you'd use the same format as the window stickers?

Certainly at some point in the not too distant future, it may be worth changing logos, to 'freshen up' a bit.

Probably looking at a full colour logo that can alos be produced in mono/1 pass printing for cost reasons...

Ok, well just let me know when you are thinking about it, always happy to come up with some designs, I'm not the most artistic person in the world but I know how to use photoshop well, my field is reprographics so know the ins and outs!!

I think 'always' is the time to be considering it.  Then keep it under constant review ;)

Fair play! gonna be quite difficult to make a 4 colour logo which easily converts to 1 colour! would duotone (2 colour) be an option? or would that be still to expensive?

Not sure - you'd probably have better reprographics contacts than me!

The other issue we are finding is that as we haven't got the original hi-res version of the logo, some printers can't do stuff for us...

I work with Direct Mail so don't really have any idea about small run stuff if you know what I mean.

What happened to the hi res logo?

In that case I defiantly think something new should be gradually introduced!

Be good to get this post noticed again and get everyones input!  ;)

I like the one above but I also think its a matter of keeping everyone happy at the same time  .... like that one only shows the Vauxhall badge and what about the Opel ETC

Not plans I think currently to change our forum logo, though some of our merchandising that can't have the complex logo on will have a simpler one.  Currently, I like the simple design that a member emailed me :)
