Man Flu...my god ya cant get anything worse than that, i`m suffering as well, just about managing to eat all the nice buttered toast and cups of tea with just a nip of whiskey in, my wife has that wimpy ordinary flu thing, told her to keep her strength and stamina up by running up and down the stairs to make sure i`m ok, would you believe she forgot the sugar last time, so I sent her down again just for the excercise, keep her strength and stamina up, and whilst down there perhaps she could bring me up another hot water bottle...ohhhh feeel terriible,switch the telly on luv... ;D

Don't forget, if your breathing becomes really laboured and you're gasping for breath, it helps if you kneel down,bend forward & put your head between your knees. It's much easier to kiss your arse goodbye this way! ;D ;) :y
