Complete Electrical Failure

Can someone please help!

I have a new battery being delivered tomorrow but is there a manual way of opening the boot?

Assume you have a facelift saloon. Drop seat backs down, there's a pull cord on the boot ..... pull it! Your boot should now be open.  ;)
