Both my migs have adjusters. HID and projectors. This summer French and German police are going to come down hard on tourists that have not adjusted their headlights and are not carrying a minimum of 2 breathalysers.
I have noticed they are even checking as you come off the ferry. Lucky i just get waved on due to my French plates.

no longer required ... :)

That report is exactly the opposite to reports in National newspapers. The newspapers just said the law was deferred till February 2013 to clear up something but would come back into force from March 31st 2013

I suggest you read it properly ... and if you have any doubts  about a french site for visitors to France ...

try a French newspaper ??
