How to know if Omega B/Mini FL or FL

As subject, how do you decide exactly if your mig is B/Mini FL or FL?
Mine I think is FL as it's a year 2000 V6 auto est and has newer shape body BUT as I am looking into new front wheelbearing the suppliers quote for Omega B which seems to cover upto 1999 ???

But I have seen W reg mini facelifts and V reg Facelifts ::)

If the grill lifts with the bonnet then unless someone has swapped the front end, it's a facelift :y
