Another good deal on the car
« on: 22 February 2013, 19:31:04 »

Stuck the 2.6 in the garage for some work to be done....got a bargain. You can't beat having family in the trade....
The work done included, a Diff seal, front wishbones, front discs, front pads, rear discs, rear pads, handbrake shoes, fuel filter, 4 new tyres,
Oil filter, oil........
and all for the grand total of £600 :y

That is a bargain in my eyes :y

Guess it depends on the tyres, Terbs.

Although, even with the shittiest budgets, that is a good price from any garage....   ....if the S-I-L wasn't involved ;D

Only cheap tyres, TB

But tyres on my vehicles are basically there to stop the rims touching the ground..... ;D

They rot before they wear out ;D
