Waiting details of where and when from a member here who is very busy. So, I thought it sensible to make sure there was enough interest from people here, before pestering him any further as I don't want to waist his time if nobody turns up or there is no interest. Although I'll be well up for it even if I'm there on my own.

So, initial idea was to do a bit if tyre testing, but depending on the airfield and layouts available I suspect I bit of hooning might be in order as well. Main interest is to try and sort some handling issues for members.
Try each others cars or wheels with different tyres fitted for ride comfort, stability, body roll and general handling of the omega with different suspension and bushes fitted etc. No obligation, and fitting someone else's new tyres to unset up cars will be a bit of a no no. So owners discretion required. And bring your latest set up sheet as proof perhaps your car isn't going to destroy someone else's rubber.
Anyway, you get the general idea. Of course, no racing will be allowed.

Location looks like it will be in the region of the m40 a34 a43 junctions so fairly central.
Cost looks very reasonable at this stage just a nominal fee to cover liability insurance for the airfield.
Facility's might include a lift in what was previously a fire station. So should be able to work on cars under cover at least. Cafe on site iirc.
Precise details to follow hopefully. But if your interested please say so now, but be prepared for disappointment if it doesn't happen or dates are wrong for you.
Dates tbc.
This could be a rare oppertunity to play on an airfield and see how your cars handling might be improved, or not, as the case may be.
Please add your name just to show interest, for now.
