Xenon light bulb question

Do they all die slowly...like less and less bright? Couse my right headlight died suddenly and I'm at work so couldn't try to swap them yet and can't do that until tomorrow. I just need to know if there can be balast issue. Tid, Stan

Swap bulbs side to side - if problem moves its bulb ;)

Today's job (last night both lights were working fine) beside oil/filter change, pollen and air filter change  :y
