We are very fortunate to have this local amateur weather centre in nearby Bracknell, which I really like, for current statistics, but also for their archive.

This shows that in March we are 3.3cegC below peak daily average.

We have no snow, only sleet and a very cold biting wind.
http://www.weatherfamily.org/bracknell/wxstats.htmlI've always been interested in the weather and in my first and second years at secondary school, two of us used to record max and min temperature, wind speed, wind direction, sunshine, rainfall and air pressure on every school day. They were all mechanical instruments in those days.
When I'm full time in Ukraine, I want to set up my own local weather centre, similar to the above, but also to run a webcam, so people can also see for themselves.

I'm a hot weather person, so I'm a bit fed up these below average temperatures since September. Every month except December have been below average, with for 2013 -0.3degC, -1.4.degC and -2.7degC below average from January to March.

In Ukraine, they have got spring, today was sunny and +20degC. Weather in March is very variable and can vary from +20degC to -10degC depending upon which direction the wind is blowing and the weather is coming from. In April it is normal to have regular +20degC and by May getting into the +30degC.

This is suspect is similar to the South of France and Spain where they are at a similar latitude.
