unlcky, i had a similar experience in german ebay. i payed for an item and hadnt recieved it for about 2 months. obviously i contacted him before saying if everything is ok but "apparently" i didnt make the payment but i know i did because the money had came out of my bank account into his so in the end i had to pay for it twice >:(It was only 20 pounds but thats not the point!
I did put him back really bad feedback though

I paid for 2 Headlamp washers from Adsomega.

I also have paid £30 for a pair of headlight washers via Paypal on the 21st of April but the money has not been claimed. I have emailed Paypal but they say they can't do anything until 30 days have passed.

Putting aside the frustrations of not revieving the goods - I hope the member selling the goods in this instance is alright  :-/
