Service
« on: 25 March 2013, 16:48:44 »

Am going to service (52 plate) CDX2.6 V6 this weekend and would appreciate advice and brand of service items for the following if you can help;
Air filter, Oil filter, pollen filter, spark plugs, fuel filter, oil.

Have read threads relating to spark plugs, with oil filter understand that this may be "paper" filter. Regarding oil have read threads and assume that GM synthetic is ok.

Will try Andy C for parts, can anyone please confirm oil filter and location of pollen filter and any other service items that may be required, mileage 76k, just completed full cam belt and auxiliary belt change etc.
Thanks

GM semi-synthetic 10W40 oil ok.  GM ok for all parts.

Oil filter likely to be paper type - look underneath passenger side to confirm, or AndyC could confirm original fit from vin.

Pollen filter under scuttle, passenger side (open flap, clips in - careful with clips, a bit fragile)

Don't forget new o-ring seal for sump plug :y
