Fool to myself
« on: 02 April 2013, 22:05:03 »

Had a carpet delivered today, I was going to fit it tomorrow. It's quite a big one, 6M X 4M, with lots of fiddly alcoves and a run out to the small area by the front door, which I am going to get in one piece.
About seven o'clock I decided to move/take to bits some of the ffurniture and asked the wife to empty the units of crockery etc. So...started humping stuff about, filled the kitchen with tables, chairs, sideboard......

I might as well set it out and see what's what, I thought.....

Anyway, to cut a long story short, it's nearly done and most of the furniture is back. It is a really heavy, hessian backed carpet and, if the word filter would let me, I would say I am f..........d. I will ache in the morning and I have quite a bit to finish off.

Thank you for all the sympathy. :-*

ps: I use 5si as I can design large A3 reports(horizontal)

These things always seem like a good idea until you start and then once you start you realize that its a really bad idea but you cant admit defeat in front of the wife!! Well thats my experience anyway  :y :y
