TD gutless, no kickdown, any ideas?

As title really, the tickover was a little slow, so I decided to clean the MAF sensor (carefully), not much dirt in there, so plugged it back in, car runs OK. On driving it, there is a definate loss of power, and no kickdown at ALL. Codes are:-
64, 85, 96, & 92, but all these were present yesterday when the car ran OK.
Anyone got any ideas?

OK, latest is I disconnected the MAF, and the car is responsive again. I also have code 88 (Air Mass Flow Sensor Voltage High) so it looks like I an in need of a MAF sometime.

I'd be cleaning out the vac pipes as well mind don't take them all off at once if you mix them up the car won't run well (been there done that ;D).
The vac pipe to the underside of the inlet manifold around num3-4 injector tends to get full of old oil and carbon deposits :y

I can't believe I did any damage, just a gentle wipe inside with a rag, but I suppose these things are delicate (on purpose???)
I may give it a spray with carb cleaner & see if it works, but a new one will be the best option.
