The article seems to concentrate on Opel and Vauxhall is only mention in the title, although it is classed as a subsiduary of Opel. I wonder if any investment will come in £ Sterling to EllesmerePort and Luton

Ellesmere Port is going to build the 2015 astra, so you could call that investment. I don't think Vauxhall are doing so badly in the UK, it's those pesky, unproductive Germans that are at fault.
