Face lift door rubbing strips

I have figured out how to get the door strips off but how do the front wing and rear strip come off? It is an Estate. I dont want to bugger them up! :-\

Not sure about the rear strip but the front wing moulding is held on with a 10mm nut behind

Is that behind the splash sheild?
