Reached a milestone yesterday. 200,000 miles.

I've never owned a 200,000 mile car before. Driven a fair fair that have felt they were 200k cars though ;D

Yet its still one of the best Omegas out there, if only I could fix that bloody oil leak. Its quick, handles very predictably, and is supremely comfortable.
8) barely run in ;D

Only 43k to go and you'll be hot on the heals Symes and myself :y
miggys at 243204 BUT engine only on 89000 ;) old lump is halfway to being coffee tale ;)

please tell me you're actually doing that and not joking..... I love those things  :) :) :)
yes I am doing it-pick up glass top on 28th still cannot decide on color to paint block-was tempted on star silver as color of miggy :y will post picks over weekend

TB, have you done compression tests on it.... any leakage? I couldn't believe how good my readings were.... 97k when I checked and they were as good (or as near as makes no difference) as new. very pleased
About 35k ago, when Kevin Wood, Gixer and I thought we'd shagged it.

...and presumably all of you hadn't shagged it. results good?
Borewash aside, perfect.

I'm rapidly catching you up in my passat, TB, 13k since i got it....174k.....and thats got an oil leak too  ::) ;D Garage thought it was coming from sump plug....and gave it 1/4 turn.....but its still leaking slightly from somewhere  ::)

Tho i do keep a look out for a very late 3.2 estate......wouldnt mind one again  :)
