If you feel the need to give yourself a breather from Oof then obviously give yourself one (Ohh matron!) but there is no need from what I have read.

To all in general and not the OP in particular, perhaps just take a second breath and reread what you have typed before hitting the post button?  Especially if you have had a couple of sweet sherries before setting yourself down at the keyboard?  I know I have fallen victim to this once or twice over the years...  It's the stuff that keyboard warriors are made of, isn't it?

I agree with that, H21, but it also works both ways, in that posts should be read properly before replying.
The English language is very complex, with more than enough punctuations. Not everybody can get to grips with this. People with dyslexia (hope I spelt that right) have to be able to post without ridicule, etc. Very often, a missing comma, a full stop,  etc, can make a sentence read totally the opposite to what it is meant to say. For a while now, it seems the norm in schools, to accept a word spelt as it sounds, rather than how it should be spelt. We have to accept this nowadays.
How many times have you seen answers to a post, for example in Gen Help, querying manual or auto, simply because the OP has not been read correctly.
So as I said, we must read, and think
