OK Where does it go

Got drivers door stripped down putting solenoid motor in.. seen this on floor..where has it fell off from  :-\ :-\ about a 20mm X 10mm

its what inner door lock button goes through-top of door trim-iirc

then its part of loom plug as thought-sorry mate-it goes into door frame where harness plug is :y

It fits to the plug for the door solenoid iirc :y

Ok solenoid in its dead ..can it be anything else ie fuse :-\

Is everything all plugged back in :-\ also if the solenoid is second hand, then it might still be faulty :'(

yes all plugged back in and dead so i removed it again and just plugged the solenoid into its elec....dead
