I'm looking for a grey 90 060 264 relay - does anyone have one they'd be willing to part with?

If it's stuck, force it.  If it breaks, it needed replacing anyway........

Almost certainly.I have to go out shortly but will have a rummage through my box of relays when I get back later this afternoon. :y
What is it a relay for btw ?

Actually it's for a V6 calibra - controls cooling fans
