Travelling from Holyhead to Billing  should i take the A41 or head for the M6.

google says M6, and gives very little time difference over all three alternitives, hope this helps

If using the A55 to get to either, be aware of Chester races traffic...

Personally I normally go, A55, A51 through Nantwich, and pick up the M6 at stoke, depending on the time of day.

Using the M53 / M56 always seems a very long way around, but takes virtually the same time, all things being equal.

Thanks ,the M56 seems longer .If i take the A51 could I join the M6 at junction 16. :-\
