Omega 2.6 2001 is it obd II compliant

I am looking for a chep eml fault reader and re-setter. found one below £30 but i am not sure if the miggy is OBD II .

I found a few threads but nothing definated.

Any help welcome

Dont need  one. Do pedal trick then read up on any codes given. :y

I need to delete them. Came up with 0420 and running like it was on 3 cyl. stopped and it for a few mins and it ran ok but light was on. did pedal trick and came up with the cat. just need to wipe the memory.
